What did you like: "I loved this place... only booked one night, but ended up staying two. The location was superb just behind jungceylon shopping centre and ten mins from beach, but you get distracted by all the stalls so you don't notice the short walk. I stayed in a guest house out of town for the same facilities, ensuite,fridge, private room...and I paid almost double. Its very reasonable and great location. Staff were so helpful with directions and also booked my taxi and ferry for me to Phi Phi for only 350 baht :) On my arrival the woman at the desk even carried up my heavy backpack up the stairs. I couldn't ask for better service. When I booked the place out of town...I booked it so it would not be noisy and it was, but this was in the middle of all the amenities and it was so peaceful. Definately reccomend, and if i come back to Phuket...this is the only place i would stay. Also there are so many restaurants and even bars if you want near by, and they do massage and pedicures just next door. Definately a bargain!!!"

"If staying in patong, stay here. it is a short walk to the beach, roughly 10 minutes, and the same can be said for the night life. it is on a less traveled road, which doesn't say much for patong. the staff are exceptional as is the food court and night stands at the end of the block. you can not find cheaper, better tasting food in the city! moped rentals are extremely cheap, allowing you to traverse the island at little to no cost, saving on hostels. the rooms are cleaned daily, free waters are left in the fridge and again, the staff are awesome. i reccomend this place to everybody."

"I stayed in dorm room for a week. If u are looking for cheap and clean. This definitely is a good one. The staffs are v friendly and helpful. Room is very clean and there is a house cleaner will make up ur bed and room every day. There are travel agent, restaurants and food markets around. Also a big shopping mall. Although the location is not near by the beach but I am very satisfied of it. The thai massage right across street is very good one."
